The OC comes to COS

	I was surprised to see on Yelp that a favorite Pho place of mine in the OC has a store out here. Yea, Pho 54 has a restaurant out here! Although there were no Vietnamese singers performing on the hi-def, it was pretty good pho and the boba was descent (although it was served as a smoothie).
